Dear Kenter Students, Families, and Staff,
As we begin another year together, I would like to re-establish our common direction: Focus on Children.
Every day, we face uncertainty, adversity, rapid change, shifting norms, and an endless flow of information. These forces shape our perceptions and opinions in countless ways. If we look around any room, we quickly discover that even when we believe we are on the same side of an issue, each person has a slightly different perspective.
Is that good or bad? I believe it is one of our greatest assets. The diversity of thought, experience, and understanding that exist within our community may sometimes appear turbulent, but it is also the source of creativity, innovation, and progress. It is through respectful dialogue, curiosity, and collaboration that something new and extraordinary can emerge.
