Cooking Up Creativity with Deanna F. Cook!
Kenter Canyon Elementary is thrilled to host best-selling kids cookbook author Deanna F. Cook, author of Cooking Class, Baking Class, Cooking Class Global Feast!, and Kids Cook Dinner, for a fun and inspiring virtual assembly! Deanna will share stories about her love of cooking, talk about the joys of creating and sharing recipes, and inspire students to explore the rich traditions of food in their own families. Each student will receive a copy of her book Kids Cook Dinner to spark ideas and encourage them to contribute their own family favorite recipe to a school-wide cookbook. The finished Kenter Canyon Family Cookbook will debut at Kenter's Art Night and Multicultural Fair in March!
