Annual Giving

KCSPG’s Annual Giving Campaign is our single largest and most important fundraiser raising over $550,000 each year or 68% of our entire operating budget!

Your contributions to the Annual Giving Fund make a significant impact on our students’ educational experience. By donating, you help us go beyond what LAUSD can provide, enhancing learning with smaller class
sizes, additional teacher support, teacher and Campus aides, professional development opportunities, enrichment classes (Art, PE,Technology and Music), field trips, and counseling services.

This year, the Kenter Canyon Parent Support Group (KCPSG) aims to allocate $1,875 per child to enrich these vital aspects of your students' education. Your generosity directly strengthens the Kenter experience and supports the development of our future ethical leaders.

While donations are voluntary, we strive for 100% participation from our community each year. Every contribution, no matter the size, contributes to bridging the gap between standard education and what each student truly deserves.

100% of donations to Annual Giving are tax deductible and many employers offer corporate matching.

Attend Your Class/Grade Events:
Annual Giving starts at the beginning of the school year.  From mid-September through the end of October classes and/or grades will have an event for its parents and teachers.  This can be at a home, a restaurant or bar.  This adult-only get together is an amazing opportunity for parents to get to know their classroom teacher, aide and the other parents.  A representative from KCPSG or the Annual Giving committee will join the event to answer any questions about Annual Giving and the support KCPSG provides Kenter Canyon in fulfilling its educational vision and mission.

We will give recognition to our donors on the Kenter website and through periodic email communications.  We do respect the privacy of our donors who wish to remain anonymous. If you would like to not be listed on the donor recognition or be listed anonymously, please inform the Annual Giving chair.
